The FDA board met today to begin planning the annual City-Wide Clean-Up.
The event will take place on May 21st from 9am to 1pm. We will be headquartered in the parking lot behind city hall. There will be a number of stations set up including:
- Garbage (RDS) : Not intended for large loads or construction clean up.
- Metal (Scrap-It): scrap metal and appliances
- Computer Recycle
- Yard Waste
- Cell phone recycle
- Paper shredding
Projects for clean up include weeding and litter pick-up in the downtown area.
Volunteers will be needed, so please mark your calendars! Next board meeting will be April 6th.
